Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@candlesdeal.com with details and photos of the product and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support
Email our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box.
Ship It Back
Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
